Everyone's progress is totally different, but most clients start seeing results and feeling better within the first few weeks. More energy, better sleep, clearer routines - and our usual aim for weight loss is .5lb - 1lb per week.
Remember, this isn't a crash diet. We're playing the long game so your results actually last.
Not unless you want one! I have a ton of clients who work out at home with a pair of dumbbells and minimal equipment, but I can build your workouts around whatever you have access to. All I ask is at the minimum, a pair of dumbbells and some resistance bands! You get a program that fits you, not the other way around.
